Jels Ads is run by Jelina Ainsworth, sole trader (ABN 12 640 096 978), based in Sydney, Australia. This page explains what happens with your information when you visit this site or get in touch. We keep things simple and only collect what we need.

What we collect

• If you email us, we keep your name, email address and whatever you tell us so we can reply and work together.
• This website has no contact forms, accounts, cookies or analytics scripts of its own.
• Our hosting provider may log basic technical details (like your IP address and browser) for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

Only to respond to enquiries, deliver services you've asked for, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else for marketing.

Client work on Meta platforms

When we manage ads or social media for a client, we do so through that client's own Meta Business accounts. Any data in those accounts belongs to the client and is handled under Meta's terms and the client's own privacy policy.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold and only keep it for as long as it's needed.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Just email hello@jelsads.com. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
